We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.

  • For all orders within India, we charge a standard courier charges for shipping.
  • For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed except the courier charges on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including UBX, Aramex, UPS, DTDC and Bluedart.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. For India ,we charge a standard courier charges for shipping.

For International deliveries, we charge a standard courier charges for shipping. Our international shipping is done through following international courier services Aramex or UPS.

Shipment/delivery time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Patine and all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. as may be reasonably requested for by Patine are completed. Within India all of Patine’s orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address via our delivery partners. Processing the order normally takes 4-5 working days and then shipping within Indian normally takes 3-4 Weeks, the estimated delivery time is 6-7 working days, however in some special case there may be delays.

For international users we shall intimate the estimated delivery time through an e-mail once the order is processed. In case of unforeseen delays in the Delivery Time beyond one month of the estimated Delivery Time, Patine will notify customers so that customers may choose to cancel their order.

In case of unforeseen delays, we will inform the User. At this point, the order may be cancelled by the user with our consent.
